Overall it was clean and the room was spacious, so it was great.
I arrived at the hotel early and just wanted to leave my luggage there, but I was grateful that I was allowed to check in.
The only problems were that the elevators never came, and even when they did come on the lower floors they were full and I couldn't get on, and there was a line of people waiting for the elevator from below.
The hotel is directly connected to the Riverwalk and is close to the Alamo Mission, so it was very convenient.
Parking is expensive, so I recommend parking in a cheaper spot nearby.

Hotel is very nice and has a great location to all things on the riverwalk! Parking will run you about $50 or more if you need an oversized spot. Rooms were small but we had a nice view of the riverwalk area. The beds and shower were decent as well!

The only thing good during our stay was the location and hot water. $50 a day for parking, 1 of 5 elevators was working, air conditioning wouldn’t cool below 75 staff was told and nothing was done, house keeping never came and the walls are paper thin.

Hotel room was very clean and lovely. Location is ideal and very walkable to many attractions. Staff was responsive. Housekeeping could have been somewhat better but otherwise a good stay and would recommend.
Currently city of San Antonio is doing construction in their lower area so the noise level was annoying during the day.

We always stay at this hotel due to its close proximity to The Alamo and the Riverwalk.
There was some mandatory flooding repair construction going on but other than that it wasn’t bad at all.

Hotel was excellent but parking is a mess.
The garage asks for cc but the hotel also charges if you self park. So now i have a double charge with the cc charge being higher. Called the hotel and they reversed their charge but can do nothing about the garage. This needs to be communicated upfront. Called the hotel line several times

Our stay did not meet my expectations. Upon arrival, we had to wait for the valet service, which is extremely overpriced. The hotel's condition did not match the pictures; it felt dusty and dirty. The pool was very crowded, and no towels were available. Despite requesting towels from the staff, we waited by the pool for about an hour and a half, but they never brought any. Our room had a view of the hotel's interior, which felt very claustrophobic. I avoided staying in the room for the entire trip. I would never stay here again.
